The clinic also has special agreements with individual health insurance providers for Fallpauschale [flat rate compensation]. These agreements specify allowances for such services as patient transportation. Further information is available from our administrative staff.
There is also an agreement pertaining to the provision of out-patient rehabilitation for musculoskeletal disorders according to §40 Abs. 1 SGB V [Volume V of the German Social Welfare Code].

The clinic is licensed to dispense medicines to outpatients.
The clinic meets legal requirements to admit patients who pay for their own medical treatment and who qualify for financial assistance.
The Schwertbad Rehabilitation Clinic works closely with the local acute treatment hospitals, in particular with the Klinikum der RWTH Aachen (Orthopedic Hospital of the RWTH University of Aachen, www.orthopaedie-aachen.de).
